I offer one-to-one coaching along side race specific plans.

My job is to help you achieve your triathlon goals through a bespoke training programme which

considers your other personal and professional commitments. The basic package includes:

  • Structured weekly swim-bike-run plans delivered through TrainingPeaks

  • Regular feedback on your sessions and workouts

  • Unlimited email contact

  • Monthly in-depth plan review including a 45 min meeting face-to-face or via Skype

  • Discounted products from my sponsors and reduced rates with my triathlon partners
